Introducing the Rootstock Learning Center

Customer success is at the heart of our mission here at Rootstock Software. We also believe that the more our customers know, the more successful they can be. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the Rootstock Learning Center.

The Rootstock Learning Center is an online self-training environment in which customers and partners can expand their knowledge of Rootstock Cloud ERP by taking courses in a variety of subjects, tracking their progress and viewing a calendar of scheduled courses and online events. It offers a variety of self-paced and instructor led courses, but also informal learning hours where you can discuss aspects of Rootstock ERP with Rootstock experts and other users.

Integrated into the Rootstock Community

The Rootstock Learning Center is built into the Rootstock Community, our online community where Rootstock customers find and share information on all things Rootstock.

Features of the Learning Center

Once you log in to the Rootstock Learning Center, you’ll find its simple interface easy to use, with a dashboard that gives you access to your own courses, featured courses and our complete catalog of courses, all from a single screen.

Courses

Choose your preferred method of learning by selecting self-paced eLearning or courses led by an instructor. Most courses let you self-enroll, and some courses have recommended prerequisites. Many courses are grouped into Beginner and Advanced tracks, so it’s easy to take courses in sequence to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your learning experience.

Because there is so much that you can learn about Rootstock Cloud ERP, we’ve divided many courses into smaller segments. This lets you learn at your own pace and digest one thing at a time. Each course also includes a test at the end so you can see how much you’ve learned.

Track Your Progress

One of the most convenient features of the Learning Center is the ability to track your learning progress by saving your course progress and resuming it later. For example, suppose you get an important call or message in the middle of taking a self-training course. You can stop the course and save your progress, then come back later and resume where you left off.

Live Rootstock Learning Hour

We host our Live Rootstock Learning Hour to present hot topics suggested by our user community, new product features, features in depth, implementation tips, and more. All Learning Hours are recorded so if you miss one, you can always come back later to watch the recording.

Reporting

You can view a summary of your Learning Center activity on the Transcripts screen, as well as upload certificates upon course completion. There is also an Admin role, which your manager or team leader can use to report on the learning progress of your team, enroll team users, and upload and view certificates.
