Rootstock Software Adds Trond Henning Olesen as VP-Customer Success

San Francisco, Calif. – October 12, 2016 – Rootstock Software®, the leader in cloud manufacturing and supply chain applications, today announced that Trond Henning Olesen has joined them as vice-president of customer success. In this new role, Olesen will be responsible for assuring customer satisfaction, software adoption and utilization of Rootstock’s cloud ERP software.
“There are three major efforts needed to successfully implement cloud ERP software – vision creation, implementation, and continued support,” emphasizes Olesen. “The real goal we want to achieve is maximum customer satisfaction throughout all three processes. I look forward to acting as an ombudsman for Rootstock customers from the initial contact throughout their lifespan. We want our customers to think of us as important members of their own team.”
Olesen has successfully implemented clientele in the U.S., Europe and Asia such as Cisco, Dell, Procter & Gamble, O2 and Telia. His background includes executive positions at companies such as iSpheres Corporation, Viz Risk Management and Recommind. Olesen was a founding member of Calico Commerce which, in 1999, had the 6th best IPO in the history of the NASDAQ. With his extensive technical and business background, Olesen has consulted for companies such as LinkedIn, Digital Fuel and Purisma, assisting them in improving their organizations, processes and people.

Olesen has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Bergen, Norway.
